Well, this is one more in our junk food bonanza week. I guess it is just slightly a step up from deep-fried chicken wings.
I know this is the time of year everyone starts their resolutions to only eat salads for dinner or eat 7 servings of fruit and vegetables per day but I have never really done that. I try to serve a variety of fruits, vegetables and meats to my family and I will continue to do that. I think this year I will strive to add more fruits and vegetables into their lunches and breakfasts in the coming year. That sounds like a realistic goal to me.
The chicken wings were pretty good. No, they were not authentic, deep-fried, über crispy wings but they satisfied our cravings for “real” Buffalo wings until we can get home again.
The kids preferred them far more than I did. …
