Paul ‘Bear’ Bryant

                Paul William ‘Bear’ Bryant was an American football player who soon after became a head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide Football team. He brought home the win for six national championships and thirteen conference championships.  In 1982 he held the record for the most wins in a football team, that being 323. In Alabama there was a museum, a street, a hall, a road; named after him. Bryant played end for the Crimson Tide and was a participant on the school’s 1934 National Championship team.
